Vegan Banana Bread | Vegan Baked Goods

The perfect way to end my holiday evening was sitting by the fireplace with some homemade banana bread and some store bought egg-less Nog. This banana bread recipe is so simple to make and can be easily modified to fit your taste buds. Let's get baking!
Ingredients: 3-4 Very Ripe Bananas
1/4 Cup Melted Coconut Oil
1 1/4 Cup Flour (I use whole wheat flour)
1 Cap of Vanilla Extract
1/3 Cup Organic Brown Sugar
2 Tsp Baking Powder
1/2 Tsp Baking Soda
*Option to add any chocolate chips, seeds, or nuts you would like. This time around I just sprinkled the top with sliced almonds. Can sprinkle the top with more brown sugar as well for an even sweater treat.
Pre-heat oven to 350 Degrees F. Mix together all ingredients thoroughly in a bowl. Start with your bananas and mash them as much as possible, then mix in your wet than dry ingredients.
Grease your baking dish and add in your mixture. Evenly spread mixture in the pan and bake for an hour. Enjoy!
