The Best Homemade Vegan Pizza

Nothing beats a good slice of pizza! My boyfriend and I threw this together last night and I am not lying when I said this was one of the best pizza's either of us have had. I even used a vegan cheez brand I am usually not crazy about, but was surprised at how melty the cheez ended up. Let's get cooking!
Ingredients: 1 Package of Daiya Pepper-jack Shreds
1 Package of Pizza Dough (we got a dough from our grocery store)
Veggies of Choice (we used red pepper, onion, garlic, and fresh basil)
1/2 Large Container Marinara Sauce
Olive Oil
Nutritional Yeast
Garlic Salt and Pepper
Paprika
Oregano
Preheat Oven to 425 degrees F. If using a fresh dough, set it out to warm to room temperature. When dough is warmed, begin to roll it out to desired size and thickness.
Place dough on a lightly greased pan. Rub olive oil along the edges of your crust.
Layer first your marinara sauce. Spread minced garlic in with your sauce.
Next, layer your veggies. Top your veggies with your cheez evenly (we used 3/4 the pack now then added the last 1/4 about halfway through cooking). Then sprinkle with above seasonings to taste.
Place prepared pizza in the oven and cook for about 15 minutes to start. This is when we topped the rest of our cheez and baked for another 10 minutes, until our desired crust was achieved.
Slice and enjoy!
