Southwestern Pasta Salad

This Southwestern-style pasta salad is a refreshing treat for the warmer months! It's so simple to make, and is a perfect dish to meal prep for busy weeks or to bring to a get together. Let's get cooking!
Ingredients: 1 Package Pasta of choosing (I use whole wheat).
1 14oz Can Black Beans
1 Cup Corn (fresh or frozen)
1 Medium Red Pepper
Handful of Cherry Tomatoes
1 Large or 2 Smaller Avocados
2 Large Stalks Green Onions
Fresh Cilantro
1/4 Cup Olive Oil
Fresh Lime Juice from 1-2 Limes
Cumin
Paprika
Garlic Salt
Fresh Pepper
Bring a large pot of water to a boil and cook pasta as directed.
Prep your produce and place them in a large bowl. I diced my pepper, sliced my cherry tomatoes in small circles, and chopped up the green onions and fresh cilantro.
In a small mixing bowl, add olive oil, lime juice and seasonings. Mix together and set aside.
When pasta is done cooking, add it to your large bowl of veggies. Mix in the lime sauce and enjoy!
