Sheet Pan Pancakes | Vegan Breakfast
This super simple breakfast meal can be made in 15 minutes to feed the whole family! I used my favorite plant protein pancake mix from the store, but you can always homemake a mix as well! Lets get cooking.
Ingredients: 1 Package Pancake Mix
3 Cups Water
Fruit of Your Choice
Preheat oven 425.
Mix together pancake mix and water according to packaging.
Grease sheet pan with non-dairy butter.
Pour pancake mixture in pan. Top with fruit slices of your choice. Bake uncovered for 10 minutes. Continue baking in increments of 2 minutes until golden brown on top. Enjoy!
