Homemade Garlic Hummus | Vegan Snacks


Hummus is easily one of my favorite foods. From snacks, to wraps, to salad dressings, and more, it is such a versatile and flavorful dish! This hummus is super easy to make and is much cheaper than store bought. Let's get cooking!


Ingredients: 114oz Can Chickpeas (garbanzo beans)

1/3 Cup Tahini

2 Tbs Minced Garlic

5 Tbs Lemon Juice

4 Ice Cubes

1Tsp Garlic Salt

1Tsp Dried Rosemary

1Tsp Paprika

  1. Blend all ingredients together besides ice cubes until smooth.

  2. Add in ice cubes and pulse/blend until creamy consistency and the cubes are gone.

  3. Serve in a dish or store in an air tight container for up to one week.

Optional: Feel free to get creative with toppings! Pictured was a drizzle of olive oil and more paprika.
