Banging Fish-less Tacos | Vegan Taco Recipes

This recipe is perfect for those hectic weekday nights. Featuring a product from one of my favorite vegan brands, Gardein, and a homemade vegan Bang Bang sauce that can be used in a ton of other recipes. Let's get cooking!
Ingreidents: Tortilla Shells of your choice
Gardein Fishless Filet's (2 filet's per serving)
Cabbage and Romaine Lettuce mixture
Shredded Carrots
Bang Bang Sauce: Vegan Mayo
Sriracha Sauce (start with 1 Tbs and adjust, I like it pretty spicy)
1 Tbs Maple Syrup
Garlic Powder
Chili Powder
Paprika
Bake your fishless filet's according to the package. I usually bake mine in the toaster oven, which works great!
While those are baking, make your bang bang sauce by mixing all ingredients together. Taste and adjust seasonings and hot sauce to your desired flavor. Set aside.
Once filet's are done baking, lay out your tortilla shell and cut your filet's into bite sized chunks. Layer the bottom of your tortilla with the filet's, then top with desired toppings and bang bang sauce. Enjoy!
