Creamy Lemon Pasta | Vegan Pasta

This creamy lemon pasta is perfect if you’re looking to add some zest to your life! Only one pot and pan are needed to make this tasty dish. Let’s get cooking!


3 Servings Whole Wheat Pasta

Juice from 1/2 a lemon

1 14oz can Coconut Milk

1 Small White Onion

4 Cloves Garlic

1-2 Tablespoons Olive Oil

Garlic Salt


Red Chili Flakes

Italian Seasoning

Optional: Veggies of choice. I used zucchini and asparagus!

  1. Heat oil over medium heat. Sauté diced onion for 5 minutes. Add chopped garlic and sauté another 2 minutes.

  2. Add the remaining ingredients and cook on high for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally. It will be done when the sauce starts to thicken.

  3. If you’re adding vegetables, sauté them in a separate pan until cooked to desired taste. Mix together in a pan and enjoy!
