Corn Casserole | Vegan Side Dishes
Corn Casserole may take the cake as my favorite side dish for Thanksgiving dinner. This dish would be the perfect side dish to bring for any holiday or get together. With a mixture of corn and corn bread, this savory dish is met with a sweet aftertaste. Let's get cooking!
Ingredients: 1 14oz Can Creamed Corn
1 Cup Frozen or Canned Corn
1 Cup Vegan Sour Cream (I use Tofutti brand)
1/4 Cup Melted Vegan Butter
1 Box Vegan Corn Bread (Jiffy has a vegetarian option, or check your organic section)
Preheat oven to 350 Degrees F.
Mix together all ingredients in a mixing bowl until well combined.
Poor into a greased baking dish and smooth until even.
Bake for 1 hour, until edges are slightly golden. Enjoy!
