Buffalo Chickpea Dip | Vegan Snack Ideas

This is one of those dishes that I cannot seem to plate right, but it's so tasty I have to share with you! This dip requires a blender or a food processor but only minimal ingredients. This makes the perfect dish to bring to a party that everyone can enjoy. Let's get cooking!

Ingredients: 1 Can of Chickpeas

1/2 Cup Hot Sauce of your Choice (I use half sriracha and tabasco)

3 Tbs Nutritional Yeast

2 Tbs Vegan Mayo

2 Tbs Tahini

Onion Powder

Garlic Powder

Chopped Green Onion for garnishing

  1. Add ingredients to food processor and blend together until smooth. For a creamier dip, add in a few tablespoons of water to thin the chickpeas out more.

  2. Top with green onions (optional) and serve with pita chips. Can be refrigerated for about 5 days.
