Frozen Banana Snicker Bars | Vegan Sweets

I have such a sweet tooth, but rarely find myself making sweets in the kitchen. I was looking for a healthier snack to fill my cravings, had a few bananas needing to be used, and tada! The banana snickers bar came to life. Besides needing a few hours to freeze, these only took me about 10 minutes to piece together and are the perfect summertime treat. Let's get cooking!

Ingredients: 4 ripe bananas

1 Bar Non-Dairy Chocolate (I used Endangered Species Caramel Chocolate)

All Natural Peanut Butter

Raw Peanuts

  1. Peel your bananas. Cut in half long ways first, than in half again to make more bite sized chunks.

  2. Using a butter knife, add a layer of peanut butter onto the bananas.

  3. Next, sprinkle a few peanuts ontop of the peanut butter. Set bananas aside.

  4. In a small sauce pan, melt down your chocolate bar over low heat. Continuously stir until melted. Once melted, drizzle your chocolate over your bananas.

  5. Set your bananas in a covered container. Freeze for at least 3 hours. Enjoy!
