Today's recipe was actually shared to me by one of my fitness motivators, Brittany Patterson.

Let's get cooking!

Ingredients: 3 Ripe Bananas

3 Cups Water

4 Cups Unsweetened Almond Milk

1 Cup Dry Steel-Cut Oats

6 Tbps Ground Flaxseed

1 Tsp Ground Cinnamon

1/2 Tsp Sea Salt

1/2 Tsp Ground Nutmeg

Toppings: Maple Syrup, Walnuts

1. Add ingredients to your crock pot. Start with water, almond milk and oats. Add in Bananas, Flaxseed, and seasonings. Stir, cover, and cook for 6-8 hours on LOW. Top each serving with maple syrup and walnuts. Enjoy!
