Artichoke Hummus | Homemade Snack Idea

Hummus is one of those snacks that is both cheaper and way more tasty when you home make it! Once you give it a try, I promise you won't go back. There are so many different flavors to experiment with. This artichoke hummus is the perfect amount of savory to cure your snacking needs. Let's get cooking!

Ingredients: 14oz Can of Chickpeas

14oz Can Artichoke Hearts

1/2 Cup Tahini

1/4 Cup Water

Squeeze of Lemon Juice

1 Tsp Salt

1 Tsp Cumin

1/2 Tsp Red Pepper Flakes

Optional Toppings : Drizzle of olive oil and dried parsley flakes

  1. Add all ingredients to a food processor (preferred) or blender. Puree until smooth. Taste and adjust seasonings as needed.

  2. Transfer to a serving bowl and enjoy with pita or plantain chips, veggies, in a wrap, or any other ways you enjoy your hummus!

Can refrigerate in an air tight container up to a week.
